 The East Hampton Elementary School PTO is pleased to sponsor the Friday Afternoon Club (FAC) at Memorial School.

Dates: Fridays - March 3rd, March 17th, March 24th and March 31st (One snow date Friday April 7th)

To register select the "Pay Now" button associated with the class your child wants to register for. You will be redirected to Paypal to complete your transaction. The registration fee is $25 per child.  If you have more than one child you will need to complete a separate transaction for each child. Please note classes will be filled on a first come first serve basis, classes have limited space, once a class is full you will not be able to register for that class. Please select your class carefully and verify that the correct class name is listed during your Paypal checkout. Unfortunately due to the amount of work involved in coordinating this event, we are no loner able to accept paper registration forms. There will be a cancellation/change fee of $5 if you need to cancel or change a registration once you have completed it, please choose your selection carefully and ensure that the correct class name displays when you complete your transaction in Paypal.

Registration opens as follows:

Third Grade: Monday January 23rd

Second Grade: Wednesday January 25th

First Grade: Friday January 27th

Registration Deadline: Wednesday February 22nd

Please note: If you attempt to register your child before registration opens for their grade, the system may appear to take your registration, however, your registration will be refunded, and you will have to reregister, which may cause a delay in getting your child signed up for their class. Please do not attempt to register your child until registration has opened for their grade.

By using Paypal to complete your transaction you give your child permission to participate in and remain after school for Friday Afternoon Club.  You agree that your child will be picked up promptly at 4:30, and that you have read and understand all information provided in the registration packet. During checkout please provide a phone number where you can be reached in the event of an emergency. If someone other than a parent will be picking up your child, please note that in the special needs/allergy section during checkout.
