Fall Fundraiser




Fall School Pictures (Center School)

Friday, September 17
Fall photos will be provided through Ted Morton Photography.  Fall Pictures are the head and shoulder that gets printed in the school yearbook.  All student will get their picture taken on the scheduled day.  If you do not like the pictures once you receive them, you may have them retaken. Also, if your child misses school on picture day, they can have their picture taken on the re-take date.

Lyman's Pie Sale!

Help support your child's school by purchasing pies from Lyman Orchards! Lyman Orchards is a family owned business located right in Middlefield CT. All of their pies are handmade onsite, using their own apples, and their own whole fruit family recipe. Pies are delivered frozen with baking instructions attached. Fresh and local ingredients make these pies a Connecticut favorite! Make sure to get your orders in so you don't miss out on having a Lyman pie for your Thanksgiving or Holiday Dinner. All orders are due by October 10/18 . Pie orders must be picked up at the Memorial School on November 22.. The PTO hosts several appreciation events for our teachers throughout the year including dinner during evening teacher conferences. We are in need of volunteers who can provide main dishes, side dishes, drinks, desserts, plates etc.

Holiday Shop
Memorial School

This is an opportunity for students to purchase and wrap gifts for friends and family members.  Here's how it works: the PTO will set up a store at Memorial School on December . Around November we will send home envelopes that you and your child can use to write down who they want to buy for and how much they can spend, then you simply place the money in the envelope and bring it on the day of the shoppe. We will have "elves" ready to assist students with shopping and budgeting. The students will wrap their gifts at the shoppe so that they can be kept a secret until they are given! Gift items range from $.25 - $5.00. Based on the feedback we received from last year, we chose not to use an outside company this year, instead we selected and purchased all of the items ourselves, so we could provide better quality items for a lower price!


Bingo- will take place in the winter after the holidays


Bingo will take place from 6:30 - 8:00.  This is such a fun event, and all of the kids go home with a prize! Admission is 1 non perishable food item per person, to be donated to the East Hampton food bank. Items most needed at this time are canned soup, canned fruit, peanut butter, rice, spaghetti sauce, toothpaste and shampoo.

I addition to "regular bingo" we also have three games of Stand up/Sit down bingo. Prizes for these games are huge bags filled with toys and other goodies! The cost is $5 per card and you will use the same card for all three games. The way this game works is everyone stands up holding their card, we call bingo numbers, if the number called appears on your card you sit down, the last person standing who has not had any numbers on their card called is the winner.

Each child is given one raffle ticket when they enter the event. Additional raffle tickets may be purchased. Throughout the evening we will draw raffle tickets for the winners to pick prizes off our raffle table.

We will also have refreshments and snacks for sale during the event!

WE NEED DONATIONS FOR THIS EVENT! We need donations of new holiday ornaments to fill our prize tree. You may send ornaments to school marked PTO Bingo. If you would like to donate a raffle prize please email

Spring Butter Braid/Cookie Dough Fundraiser


Pick up will happen on  from 4-6pm in the Memorial School bus loop

Our spring fundraiser for this year will be Butter Braids and Cookie Dough. Orders must be picked up at Memorial School on  between 4:00PM and 6:30PM, all orders must be picked up on this date as they arrive frozen and we do not have storage.  



Yearbook Orders


Yearbooks will be offered through the PTO to both Memorial School and Center School students this year. Please take pictures at all the events you attend, then upload them to Shutterfly and share them with info@ehepto.com.  Please make sure you list the names of the students in the photo, to ensure we can publish the photos in the yearbook we need to know who the students pictures are. Entries for the yearbook cover contest, for 3rd grade and Center School students must be submitted by November 15th.  All yearbook orders are due March TBA, this is a strict deadline, as orders must be placed to ensure delivery by the end of the school year! Orders received after that date are not guaranteed and are on a first come first serve basis, we order a very limited quantity of extra yearbooks and they have sold out quickly the last few years.
