Fall photos will be provided through Ted Morton Photography. Fall Pictures are the head and shoulder that gets printed in the school yearbook. All student will get their picture taken on the scheduled day. If you do not like the pictures once you receive them, you may have them retaken. Also, if your child misses school on picture day, they can have their picture taken on the re-take date.

Lyman's Pie Sale!

Help support your child's school by purchasing pies from Lyman Orchards! Lyman Orchards is a family owned business located right in Middlefield CT. All of their pies are handmade onsite, using their own apples, and their own whole fruit family recipe. Pies are delivered frozen with baking instructions attached. Fresh and local ingredients make these pies a Connecticut favorite! Make sure to get your orders in so you don't miss out on having a Lyman pie for your Thanksgiving or Holiday Dinner. All orders are due by October 10/18 . Pie orders must be picked up at the Memorial School on November 22.. All pies ordered through both Memorial and Center school must be picked up at Memorial School during these times! The pies are delivered frozen and we have no storage for them, any pies that are not picked up will be donated that night. BUS LOOP at Memorial School
Teacher Conference Dinner
The PTO hosts several appreciation events for our teachers throughout the year including dinner during evening teacher conferences. We are in need of volunteers who can provide main dishes, side dishes, drinks, desserts, plates etc.

Bingo- will take place in the winter after the holidays
Bingo will take place from 6:30 - 8:00. This is such a fun event, and all of the kids go home with a prize! Admission is 1 non perishable food item per person, to be donated to the East Hampton food bank. Items most needed at this time are canned soup, canned fruit, peanut butter, rice, spaghetti sauce, toothpaste and shampoo.
I addition to "regular bingo" we also have three games of Stand up/Sit down bingo. Prizes for these games are huge bags filled with toys and other goodies! The cost is $5 per card and you will use the same card for all three games. The way this game works is everyone stands up holding their card, we call bingo numbers, if the number called appears on your card you sit down, the last person standing who has not had any numbers on their card called is the winner.
Each child is given one raffle ticket when they enter the event. Additional raffle tickets may be purchased. Throughout the evening we will draw raffle tickets for the winners to pick prizes off our raffle table.
We will also have refreshments and snacks for sale during the event!
WE NEED DONATIONS FOR THIS EVENT! We need donations of new holiday ornaments to fill our prize tree. You may send ornaments to school marked PTO Bingo. If you would like to donate a raffle prize please email
We have some exciting social and fundraising events planned for this year. Please join us and have some fun while supporting your child's school! You may print out copies of forms to fill out by hand and send back to school with your child, or in some cases RSVP right online! If it appears that a listed flyer or form is missing, the form is not available yet, and will be posted as soon as it is ready.
